Supported trades: Current technician trade vocabulary

Start with what you know.

Give us the property, the project, and the timing. The details can get sharper from there.

Open the request form

For property owners and managers

Bring the project. We’ll help make the handoff clear.

Use one request for a small fix, a planned improvement, or a project with several stages. Include the context you have; a useful starting point matters more than having every answer.

Your request stays tied to the property and its work history.

Add access notes, timing, and photos when they help explain the scope.

Start with the project details

Tell us about the property work.
A few clear details help us understand the job, improvement, or project before we coordinate the next step.

Keep maintenance selected for a repair or warranty-related property issue. Choose construction for a planned, non-ground-up project.

Include the unit, floor, or any useful location detail.

Used to offer the job to the closest eligible technicians.

More context now means fewer questions later, whether this is a repair or a planned improvement.

Only include details a technician needs to enter and work safely.

Choose No, Yes, or Not sure. This is an intake signal for our review, not a promise or final legal determination.

Submitting this request is free. An onsite visit requires a $75 customer service-call assessment fee before dispatch. It covers travel, the onsite assessment, photos, the pre-work form, and quote preparation; it is not project labor, materials reimbursement, or the 20% materials contingency. Approve the work quote within 14 days of a completed visit for a 100% credit; completed visits that are declined, cancelled after dispatch, or blocked by no access retain the fee. Patchharbor cancellations and technician no-shows are refundable. Pending Montana counsel/accounting review before external trials. Policy version: COUNSEL_REVIEW_REQUIRED.

Service range

One starting point for work at many different scales.

The right request can be simple or substantial. Describe the work in your own words; choose “Something else” for another qualifying non-ground-up construction scope.

Small jobs

The everyday property work that still deserves a dependable handoff.

  • Hanging picture frames
  • Small handyman work
  • Repairs
  • Maintenance

Core trades

Skilled work that keeps a property working, safe, and ready for what is next.

  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Concrete

Larger scopes

Bigger improvements can start with the same clear project conversation.

  • Siding replacement

A clear scope, from the start

The conversation can be broad. The boundaries should be clear.

Commercial property work may be a fit, depending on location, project scope, and the independent providers who may be qualified for the request. We’ll use the request to understand what kind of coordination makes sense; availability is not guaranteed.

Ground-up full-home construction is outside Patchharbor’s current scope.
